You’re looking at the second model from Smart under the Mercedes-Benz and Geely joint venture, the Smart #3 (pronounced hashtag three?).
According to documents from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT, think of it as China’s equivalent of JPJ, though MIIT publishes vehicle homologation data for soon-to-launched models), the Smart #3 measures 4,400 mm long, 1,844 mm wide, and 1,556 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,785 mm.
As a spot of context, the Smart #1 measures 4,270 mm long, 1,822 mm wide, and 1,636 mm tall with a wheelbase that stretches at 2,750 mm.
The Smart #3 is underpinned by Geely’s highly-flexible dedicated-EV SEA platform and has reportedly the same powertrain as the Smart #1, with a rear-wheel drive variant that makes 272 PS/343 Nm.

A new entry-level powertrain is also rumoured. Further details on the battery capacity, range, and charging capabilities are unconfirmed. There are also no photos of its interior, though it’s expected to resemble the Smart #1 with more space and practicality.
